Transocean公司（Transocean Ltd.，纽约证券交易所：RIG），是世界上最大的近海钻探商，在全世界范围内提供领先的钻探管理服务。公司拥有136座海上移动式钻井平台，并已宣布了新近建造的10座特深水位钻探平台，公司对近海钻市场技术层面高度重视，是世界上舰队配备最先进和最全面的近海钻探商之一。公司拥有或签署39座高规格（超深水、深水、恶劣环境半潜水和海底钻油船），29 Midwater Floaters，10座高规格自升式钻井平台，54座标准钻井平台以及其它世界范围内用于支持离岸钻井活动的资产。 拥有的深海钻井装置占全球总数的约30%。
Transocean公司注册地的变更
Transocean公司注册地已由开曼群岛变更到瑞士的楚格州。Transocean瑞士母公司在纽约证券交易市场上的股票依旧沿用之前普通股的代码＂RIG＂。
控股公司在楚格州注册并保持实体存在并配备适合控股公司的财务和法律专家。此外，14名公司执行官，包括首席执行官Bob Long以及一组人员将会被安排在瑞士日内瓦。Transocean计划安排40名雇员在瑞士工作。
